WVL-PAC Endorsements in Washington and Statewide

Senator Shelley Moore Capito has been voting pro-life for several congressional periods now. With a 100% voting record, West Virginians for Life PAC is confident that Senator Capito will continue this trajectory. She voted for the One Big Beautiful Bill (HR 1) which cut funding to agencies that perform abortions, effectively prohibiting federal funding to organizations like Planned Parenthood. The bill, unfortunately, cut off that funding for only a year. She has, many times, met with March for Life constituents at our sponsored Congressional meetings during that annual event.
First District Congresswoman Carol Miller has a solid pro-life record on Capitol Hill and wants to continue protecting the unborn. She also voted for The One Big Beautiful Bill and voted for the Supporting Pregnant and Parenting Women and Families Act (HR 6945), among others.
Second District Congressman Riley Moore also has a proven pro-life voting record, has sponsored many pro-life bills, and defended those bills on the floor. Moore voted for The One Big Beautiful Bill and many others, including the Pregnant Students’ Rights Act (HR 6359). He has spoken at West Virginians for Life’s State Pro-Life Convention and addressed West Virginians at the annual March for Life in DC.
